Our lawn mowing service goes beyond simple grass cutting. We use professional-grade equipment calibrated for Scottish grass varieties. Each visit includes mowing at the appropriate height for the season, crisp edge trimming along borders and paths, and removal of all grass clippings.
For larger properties or those requiring more frequent attention, we offer discounted regular maintenance packages. Lawns up to 100 square metres are covered by the standard rate, with additional area charged at £12 per 50 square metres.
Each consultation lasts approximately two hours and takes place at your property. We assess sunlight patterns, soil conditions, existing features, and your aspirations for the space. You receive a written summary with initial recommendations within five working days.
The consultation fee is credited toward the cost of any design package you subsequently commission. We work with gardens of all sizes, from compact courtyard spaces to multi-acre grounds.
Proper pruning requires knowledge of each species' growth habits and optimal timing. Our team is trained in recognised pruning techniques that promote plant health while achieving the desired shape and size. We handle everything from delicate ornamental shrubs to substantial fruit trees.
Pricing varies based on the size and number of plants requiring attention. We provide accurate quotes following an initial assessment. All cuttings are removed and disposed of responsibly, with chipping available for composting if preferred.
Gardens have different needs as the year progresses. Our seasonal packages include spring border preparation and mulching, summer deadheading and watering guidance, autumn leaf clearance and perennial cutting back, and winter protection for tender specimens.
Annual packages covering all four seasonal visits are available at a reduced combined rate of £445, representing meaningful savings over individual bookings.
Well-maintained hedges define boundaries, provide privacy, and contribute structure to garden design. We trim hedges of all types including privet, beech, yew, laurel, and leylandii. The standard rate covers hedges up to two metres in height and ten metres in length.
For taller hedges or those requiring renovation after periods of neglect, we provide individual quotations. Regular trimming schedules help maintain hedges in optimal condition and are more economical than allowing significant regrowth between cuts.
Our comprehensive landscape design service takes your outdoor space from concept to reality. The design package includes detailed scaled drawings, planting schedules with species suited to Glasgow conditions, and material specifications for any hard landscaping elements.
Implementation costs are quoted separately based on the approved design. We work with trusted local suppliers and skilled tradespeople to deliver results that match the design intent. Project management is available for complex installations.
